Fees Information at Osiri University

At Osiri University, we are committed to providing tuition-free education for undergraduate programs. This allows students to focus on their learning without the financial burden of tuition fees. However, there is a $300 annual administrative fee that covers operational costs related to student services, access to online platforms, and resources for your studies.

For Graduate Programs, there is a $600 annual administrative fee, which helps cover the additional resources and support available to graduate students. You also have the option to set up payment arrangements to make the fee more manageable, with the flexibility to pay monthly or in full.

Undergraduate Program Administrative Fee
  • Fee Amount: $300 per year for all undergraduate programs.
  • Payment Options:
    • Monthly Payment: $25 per month for 11 months, with a final payment of $75 due in the 12th month.
    • Full Payment: $300 paid upfront before the start of the academic year.

  • This administrative fee is used to support the online learning platform, student services, and other operational costs associated with delivering a high-quality, fully online education.
  • Fee Amount: $600 per year for all graduate programs.
  • Payment Options:
    • Monthly Payment: $50 per month for 12 months, with the final payment of $100 due in the 12th month.
    • Full Payment: $600 paid upfront at the beginning of the academic year.

This fee covers operational costs, specialized course materials, and dedicated support for graduate students.

While tuition is free for undergraduate students, please keep in mind the following potential additional costs:

  • Course Materials: Depending on your program, you may need to purchase textbooks or other materials.

  • Technology: A reliable internet connection and access to devices capable of supporting online learning.

  • Workshops & Extracurricular Activities: Some optional workshops, networking events, and other extracurriculars may have associated fees.

These additional costs will be billed separately through your student portal.

  • Undergraduate Students: The $300 administrative fee is due at the start of each academic year. It can be paid in full or through the monthly payment plan of $25/month for 11 months (final payment of $75 in the 12th month).
  • Graduate Students: The $600 administrative fee is due at the start of each academic year, with the option to pay $50/month for 12 months, with the final payment of $100 due in the 12th month.

Any additional costs for books, materials, or activities will be billed separately through your student portal.

Payments for both the undergraduate administrative fee ($300) and graduate administrative fee ($600), as well as any additional costs, can be made through the following methods:

  • Online Payment Portal: Use your student account to make payments via credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
  • Bank Transfer: For bank transfer payment please request banking details here: ubuntu@osiri.university

Payments made through your student portal will reflect immediately on your account, while payments made through bank transfers may take up to 2 working days to process.

Administrative Fee: The $300 (undergraduate) and $600 (graduate) administrative fees are non-refundable after registration. If you have overpaid, you can request a refund via the Student Finance Office.
