This program is designed for aspiring educators, educational entrepreneurs, and leaders who seek expertise in Montessori-inspired education without pursuing formal Montessori certification. Students learn to foster independence, compassion, and social awareness in children while integrating Ubuntu principles that emphasize interconnectedness, mutual respect, and community. The MA in Education equips students to lead ethical, globally conscious learning environments. Through mastery of Montessori principles, sustainable leadership, and Ubuntu philosophy, students gain the knowledge and practical skills to teach, design curricula, and innovate in educational settings. The MA in Education provides a flexible, online curriculum that blends Montessori theory, leadership, and educational innovation. Students study key Montessori curriculum areas—history, mathematics, language, and geometry—alongside leadership and sustainable education principles. Graduates are prepared to develop and lead impactful learning programs in schools, communities, or other educational organizations.
