Academic Transcripts & Degree Certificates
Osiri University is committed to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all student academic records. Whether you are applying for further studies, seeking employment, or requesting certification, the Office of Student Affairs provides comprehensive academic documentation, including official transcripts, degree certificates, and language of instruction letters.
Degree Certificates
All graduates receive a digital degree certificate upon successful completion of their academic program. If a reissue is required due to loss, damage, or name changes, a formal request may be submitted.
Available to: Graduates of all associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs
Format: Secure digital (PDF); printed copies available upon request
Processing time: 5–10 business days from date of request

Official Academic Transcripts
An academic transcript is the official record of your coursework, grades, and qualification conferred by the University. The transcript is issued once upon graduation at no charge. Additional or replacement transcripts may be requested at a fee.
First issuance: Free upon graduation
Subsequent copies: Fee-based; request via Student Affairs
Delivery method: Digital PDF; print available upon request

Medium of Instruction Certification
All programs at Osiri University are delivered in English. If you require written confirmation that English was the language of instruction, an official letter can be issued through Student Affairs.

Verification for Short Courses and Certificates
Alumni of short learning programs may request an official verification letter confirming enrollment, participation, and program outcomes.

Program-Specific Qualifications and Support
Although the Student Affairs Office manages all transcript and certification requests centrally, program-specific enquiries may be directed to the relevant academic school.
